A working knowledge of database design is also necessary for day to day work.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:•Design, develop, test and implement web-based and SQL Server applications that support the requirements defined by users and analysts. •Analyze applications and implement improvements to optimize performance. •Responsible for maintaining the integrity of development and production environments. •Perform business analyst functions, including meeting with business users, gathering and documenting user requirements and developing test plans. •Work collaboratively with development team and business partners in defining, developing and implementing technology solutions to improve business functions. •Utilizes company standard development procedures and techniques to write programs and formulate concepts and solutions using appropriate technical components. •Develops system documentation for all developed applications, including flowcharts. •Manage the design and execution ofacceptance test plans for a successful implementation. •Participates in the planning and implementation of large projects. •Understands the total company IT computing environment and daily operations and understands the impact of planned changes. •Provide production support including on-call.Qualifications:	4&#43; years experience with developing SQL Server applications and optimization. •4&#43; years experience with SQL coding including DDL, DML, stored procedures, and triggers. •4&#43; years experience with web development utilizing ASP, VB Script, Javascript, HTML, XML, cascadingstyle sheets. •Demonstrated experience with developing ASP.Net and VB.Net applications. •Demonstrated experience with Visual Basic a plus. •Experience with other Microsoft languages and technologies a plus. •Demonstrated experience with adhering to usability, design and development standards. •Demonstrated experience with all aspects of unit testing, performance testing and user acceptance testing. •In-depth experience with the development lifecycle and software development methodologies. •Ability to work in a collaborative, dynamic team environment and interact at all levels. •Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. •Excellent time management and project planning/strategizing skills. •Strong analytical and problem resolution skills. •Strong verbal and written communication skills. •B.S. or B.A. in Computer Science preferred. •Loan servicing or mortgage lending experience preferred.     <br />
